Import Performance Parts (IPP), has recently launched its new Import Enthusiast web site www.Tuner-World.com.
Tuner World has been developed to offer a unique Internet experience to Import Tuner Enthusiasts. "We want to offer our customers more than just Import performance parts. We want to offer them a fun Import community which they can get involved in, help create, and that also has current and helpful information pertaining to the Import world,” says Jill Marchand, IPP's Online Development and Marketing Director. The development team’s vision was to create an all-inclusive Import Enthusiast site, which was informative and interactive, and designed in a way that users could find everything they wanted easily and efficiently.
One unique aspect of Tuner World is that it welcomes enthusiasts to join the Tuner World Community and become an active member of the site. Membership is free, and registration requires only a valid email address. Members have the opportunity to write their own reviews on new and used cars, performance parts, and shops. They can also upload pictures of their own engines and cars, and post comment on others. Members are encouraged to get involved with the Tuner World Forum, and as well as send in their car clubs, Import show information and show reviews.
In line with the goal to develop an all-inclusive site, Tuner World also offers users import performance parts through its parent site, www.ImportPerformanceParts.net. Discounts are available exclusively for Tuner-World users and members, and are displayed daily on Tuner World’s home page.
Tuner World is currently working on expanding the Technical and Spec library, and hopes to reach its goal of at least 250 articles by the middle of May, 2004.
